These Online Service Terms (“Terms”) govern the cleaning services provided by Atkins Authority LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operating in Ocala, Florida (“Service Provider”).
By accessing this page, checking a box, signing electronically, or submitting payment for services, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services
Services are limited strictly to the scope described in the estimate, invoice, proposal, or service order provided to Client (“Service Order”).
Any service not expressly stated in the Service Order is excluded and may require additional approval and additional charges.
Any estimate or proposal is preliminary and non-binding until an on-site inspection is completed. Final pricing is determined based on actual site conditions and the confirmed scope of work.
Client acknowledges and agrees that failure to accept a revised price may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.
No Guarantee of Results
Cleaning results are inherently subjective.
Service Provider makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the complete removal of dust, stains, debris, residue, construction materials, or surface imperfections.
Construction & Site Conditions
Client acknowledges that post-construction and window cleaning services occur in environments that may include dust, debris, adhesives, uncured materials, and other construction-related conditions.
Service Provider is not responsible for conditions caused by:
• Ongoing or incomplete construction
• Pre-existing damage
• Defective, fragile, or improperly installed materials
Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for:
• Providing safe and reasonable access to the property
• Ensuring utilities (water and electricity) are available if required
• Securing valuables, personal belongings, and fragile items
Service Provider shall not be responsible for delays, limitations, or deficiencies caused by site conditions beyond its control.
Inspection, Acceptance & Waiver
Client must inspect the services immediately upon completion.
Any concerns must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
Failure to do so constitutes final acceptance of the services and a waiver of any claims related to the services provided.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as stated in the Service Order.
By submitting payment, Client authorizes Service Provider to perform the services and confirms acceptance of these Terms.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable cancellation or mobilization fee.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Service Provider’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Insurance Disclosure
Client acknowledges that Service Provider may not maintain active general liability insurance at the time services are rendered and knowingly assumes the associated risk, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in Marion County, Florida.
Binding Agreement & Reference to Full Contract
By accepting these Online Service Terms and submitting payment, Client agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and by the Service Agreement of Atkins Authority LLC, as applicable, whether or not a separate written agreement is executed.
These Terms constitute a binding and enforceable agreement.
Electronic Acceptance
Client agrees that electronic acceptance, digital signature, checkbox confirmation, or online payment confirmation constitutes a valid and enforceable agreement under applicable law.
